 1937年、中国河北省に生まれる。中国残留日本人孤児である妻と息子二人で、1985年日本永住のため来日。東京都在住。現在は、日本当方画会主席、中国吉林省文史研究館名誉館員、米国HUAGUANG ORIENTAL ART ＆ CULTURAL CENTER名誉会長、および亜太国国際文化交流促進会の芸術顧問を勤めている。中国籍。 9歳から、中国水墨画の巨匠、張瑞祥氏等に師事し、国際的書画の大型展覧会で、数多くの賞を獲得している。ここにその作品の一部をご紹介いたします。 斉夢章氏の水墨画に対する質問やご購入希望などございましたら、お気軽にお問い合せください。 Born in 1937 in Hebei Province in China.He got married to a Japanese woman who had stayed behind in china after World War Ⅱ.In 1985,he came to Japan with his wife and his two sons for permanent residence.Now he lives in Tokyo. Currently he is holding the following posts;Chief of Japan Society of Oriental Painting,Honorary Fellow of 中国吉林省分史研究館,Honorary President of U.S.HUAGUANG ORIENTAL ART ＆ CULTURAL CRNTER and Art Adviser for ASIAN PACIFIC INTERNATIOPNAL CULTURE & EXCHANGE CENTER.He holds Chinese nationality.At the age of nine,he became a student of Mr. Zhang Ruixiang,a great master of Chinese Indian Ink Painting,and other masters.He has been awarded many prizes in big exhibitions.
